
K.C. joined the firm in 1992 and has over 25 years of experience in tax planning and preparation for individuals, trusts and closely held businesses. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a revenue agent and instructor for the Internal Revenue Service and for local CPA firms.
K.C. is also a financial advisor and works closely with clients to provide independent investment advice and wealth accumulation strategies designed to achieve financial goals.
She provides consulting and research in a wide variety of industries and tax related matters including:

IRC Section 1031 exchanges
Estate, gift and trust tax issues.

EDUCATION AND DESIGNATIONS
K.C. earned a BA in Management from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga and has completed graduate studies in estate taxation at Golden Gate University.
She has earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA. In addition, she holds Series 7, Series 66, and life insurance licenses.
